Omni Basement Systems Owner Brews Up Attention

ONTARIO, CANADA – For nearly a decade, Pete Karreman, owner of Omni Basement Systems, has focused on basement waterproofing in Oakville, ON, and the surrounding areas. But recently he’s had another interest: selling his home on Old Guelph Road in Dundas. Not one for conventional behavior, Karreman has decided to use a unique method for getting his house sold. “This is an exercise in marketing,” Karreman said. “This is about getting your name out there.”

The house has been on the market since November 12. It’s located on a half-acre of property and features a pool, hot tub, theatre room and panoramic views. It’s on the market for $419,900 and the buyer will have a choice between the free beer or $1,000 worth of free wine.
