I'm getting water in a certain place in my basement whenever there is a hard rain. I can identify where it's coming in (looks like a small crack in the floor behind my water heater), and I'm pretty sure it's coming in from cracks between my home and the asphalt driveway that have formed over the last few years - it may just need a foam/caulking job. Would like someone to tell me I'm right/wrong, and how much to fix it. Thanks!

We are in the process of selling our house. just removed the fiberglass batt, half wall insulation to get the tie rod holes sealesd and now need to get the basement walls reinsulated. The basement is unfinished.
