As you know we had a pretty sick basement . . . the presence of mold, dampness and decay was very discernible.

Within days following the completion of your work there was no mold or damp musty smell in the basement and the main floor of the house was free of that old farmhouse smell. The addition of the SaniDry basement air system also had a lot to do with this, keeping the basement air circulating, filtering and dehumidifying. Words can hardly express how pleased we are with our new basement!

Jeff from Mofatt, ON wanted a better sump pump than what he had. Phil from Omni Basement Systems suggested the Tiplesafe sump system. The Tripkesafe system features 3 pump in one pit. Two pumps are submersible, cast-iron pumps that run on AC power. The thrird pump is a DC pumps that runs off a large 12V power cell.
