We are thinking of putting in a conditional offer on a home that has extensive moisture in the basement and what looks like mould in the walls. To be honest it was your professionalism in handling the quoting process and the quick response times that made us decide to go with your company. We typically only let people work on our house that we know personally or have been referred to us by people we know well. So I was nervous to just go based on a google search and looking at the online feedback on the company. We were so impressed with the services. We will sleep well tonight knowing that our basement is waterproofed! Your installation crew was absolutely amazing. Your foreman deserves a bonus. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with all the work that was done. Even when faced with some challenges in our basement especially with the stairs. He was a miracle worker with an obstacle that I didn't think they would be able to fix. He kept us updated every step of the way, and when we had concerns he went out of his way to address them. Cannot say enough good things about the foreman we had and his crew!

My house is a century home and was constructed in 1895. It has a noticeable sag in the middle which is consistent on both the main floor and the upper floor. In addition, likely due to the sag, the stairs have started to twist out of the wall. While I don't think the situation is getting worse (though I don't have the data to back that up), I would like to get it checked out and fixed before I start doing some of the more aesthetic renovations.

We have water leaking into our finished basement for about 2 weeks now. The wall it is coming in from has been repaired twice now (and the basement refinished twice as well) Our last flood was exactly a year ago in January. I am wondering if you could look at the basement figure out what is going on to correct this problem. We do have a cement patio slab outside that goes up to this wall and I am not sure if this is part of the problem as well. If you do not serve the Paris area can you recommend us to someone.
