Side Split built in late 70's Water leak at bottom of block wall. Wall previously fixed before we bought house. Next basement level up, floor cracked next to load bearing wall and in other places... left floor uneven... block wall and sill plate separated leaving large crack we filled with foam.... cracks in walls and ceiling in floor above this basement level. Garage floor cracks and separated from wall next to house. Cause possibly because of dry summer last year.
