Our house is old (approx built in 1950's), basement was waterproofed at one time and is starting to leak at the base of the walls in certain areas, also mold on one wall, need a quote to repair. We're hoping to repair from the inside.

We have a crack in the foundation wall that has a leak in warmer wet weather. Not a huge amount of water each time but can be wiped up with a mop 3-4 time's per day. The crack has been repaired before with rods that have failed by the previous home owners. I'm not sure who would have done it.
