I am taking possession of a home on August 9th can we have you over week of the 12th? Old stone foundation some water issues needs perhaps french drains and a good sump setup also I need a few jack posts installed. There are a few areas with concrete some bed rock some dirt do you also leave a fresh floor on the way out? The basement will just be for services no other use. Paul.

There is a high water table where my house is and when the snow melted this year I had water damage in my basement. There are definitely some hairline cracks in my foundation. The house was built in 1972 and has had very little work done to it until I bought it 1.5 years ago. I have no idea if there are existing perimeter drains but even if there are, they are not working well. The land surrounding the house has also settled and needs to be graded away to ensure surface water flows away from the foundation.
