Love Jocelyn! Omni gave all the info that I needed with pictures, etc. Everything was explained thoroughly though I wasn't always sure what he meant. The other company was at my home for approximately 10 mins, as compared to Dave from Omni who was here for approximately 1 hour. The other company had no pictures other than what he could bring up on his phone which I was not impressed with. Ryan - very pleasant, explained everything - and very knowledgable. would want him again if i needed anything else done.

Omni Basement Systems removed the builder grade pump and replaced it with the incredible Zoeller M53 castiron pump. For a back up system, Omni also added the UltraSump4 back up system. THe Ultrasump4 comes with a D.C. powered pump, a large power cell and a smart charger that monitors the health of the system.
