Steady foundation leak and pooling on concrete floor. There is a sump pump which has a very low level. The house is 63 years old with a history of underground flow which is usually dealt with by the sump. No chlorine in water and supply line comes in in the far side of the basement. Steady flow for last two weeks. Punch line. Most of basement has a subfloor so I can't see exactly where it's coming in.

To be honest it was your professionalism in handling the quoting process and the quick response times that made us decide to go with your company. We typically only let people work on our house that we know personally or have been referred to us by people we know well. So I was nervous to just go based on a google search and looking at the online feedback on the company. We were so impressed with the services. We will sleep well tonight knowing that our basement is waterproofed! Your installation crew was absolutely amazing. Your foreman deserves a bonus. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with all the work that was done. Even when faced with some challenges in our basement especially with the stairs. He was a miracle worker with an obstacle that I didn't think they would be able to fix. He kept us updated every step of the way, and when we had concerns he went out of his way to address them. Cannot say enough good things about the foreman we had and his crew!
