
Before waterproofing
There is lots of evidence of water leakage.

Old sump.
This an open pit which contributes moisture. This must be dug out and replaced.

Dust protection
This portion of the basement is not getting waterproofed and 6 mil poly is hung.

Trench for Waterguard
With the use of Jackhammers a trench is opened up to install the patent drain system called Waterguard.

Waterguard is installed
THe Cleanspace wall membrane is placed on the wall and the Waterguard is installed.

Triplesafe liner with discharge lines.
The Triplesafe sump system features 3 pumps and 2 discharge lines. Here the discharge lines are being installed under the floor because the the customer opted for the Tufftop feature. (shown later)

gravel added to trench
Before the floor is restored, gravel is added to the trench.

TuffTop lid
This sump is in the middle of a floor so the customer purchased an optional lid called the tufftop THe discharge lines will be hidden and the the lid is flat so it can be easily covered by flooring as long as you can access it later.

Floor restored
Once everything is in place, the floor can be restored to original height.

Oroiginal discharge line
THis the original discharge. It will improved.

New Discharge line
This larger discharge line will carry the water away from the foundation whit won't cause damage or further leaking.
