THIS IS A COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST! This company is the epitome of professionalism and service. We had a horrible experience with TNT Excavating a couple years back... long story short & $5,000 later the job needed to be completed by other contractors. Needless to say we were hesitant to have someone work on our basement again. We had two companies give us a quote. The first company was the City Wide Group, they quoted $10,000 for the front half of the house, which is what we expected and were ready to go ahead. But we wanted to wait for Omni Basement Systems quote before officially agreeing to anything. David from Omni came by the same day as City Wide. He called a head of time to confirm timing was good (by the way we received email confirmation of the appointment they day we called to set it up and received a follow up e-mail with details as to who was coming to our house, including a picture...as single women its nice to know who to expect at your door). David was very informative and personable. He also SAVED us $10,000! He examined the same area City Wide did and concluded that the water was not coming from wall or floor seepage. He gave us a couple suggestions and offered to come back if the water did. The water came back and so did David, after much investigation he found the source which was a super slow leak in a pipe by our water softener. We got it fixed by a plumber for $50. This was well before Christmas and we haven't had any water issues since. The thing that stuck out was when he said he has a family too and wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing he sold us something that wouldn't fix our problem. With contractors honesty and integrity are slim. I would 100% recommend Omni Basement Systems to anyone.

David was AMAZING! He called prior to arrival and was on time. He took the time and care to figure out where the water source was coming from. We didn't end up requiring any waterproofing, but David gave us some suggestions and even came back another day to solve our water mystery. In the future, we will go to Omni first and recommend them to everyone.
