Challenge

Customer bough the house 2 years ago and noticed that the crawlspace was cold and hadd odours coming from it.

Solution

Omni came in and encapsulated his crawlspace with Cleanspace vapour barrier. Then we added SilverGlow rigid insulation to the walls and terrablock insulation tot he floor. To also help with the odours, Omni added the Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier. This will keep the air in the crawlspace dry which in turn will help with humidity upstairs as well.
