System Design Specialist

Omni Basement Systems is a growing, family owned, residential basement construction business. We are a leader in the basement waterproofing/foundation repair industry in the Golden Horseshoe, and are looking to expand our growing sales team. We are seeking career minded and results driven individuals capable of providing home consultation services.

Our Sales Consultants meet with homeowners to inspect, diagnose, and present proven solutions that include waterproofing basements, encapsulating crawlspaces, and foundation repair.

We provide you with leads and you build your pipeline. The customers have called us and already invited us into their homes, which means there is no cold calling involved for you.

PAY:

• We offer a competitive base pay for the first 3 months while you train. Once you are trained and ready you'll be making 10% commission on all sales.

EXPERIENCE:

• Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills demonstrated through strong sales experience (minimum 2 years in sales).
• A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field. Those with prior experience in construction sales are strongly encouraged to apply.
• A mechanical aptitude is highly preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Your good physical condition allows you to inspect basements, foundations, and crawl-spaces inside and outside in a wide range of weather.
• Valid driver’s license & safe driving record and background check.
• You are at ease using a laptop computer to demonstrate solutions on customer calls.
• Your attention to detail is critical to designing and developing customer contracts.
• Deliver mutually agreed upon target revenue.
