System Design Specialist (sales)

Omni Basement Systems is a growing, family-owned leader in basement waterproofing and foundation repair in the Golden Horseshoe. We’re expanding our team and looking for driven, career-minded individuals to join us as System Design Engineers.

In this role, you’ll meet homeowners in their homes to inspect basements, crawlspaces, and foundations to diagnose issues and present tailored solutions. We provide warm leads — no cold calling required.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years sales experience (B2C or In-home sales preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Excellent attention to detail and being computer/app savvy is critical for designing and developing customer contracts
• Physical ability to inspect basements, foundations, and crawlspaces in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
