Lynn joined team Omni in 2012 as Pete's Executive Assistant. She loves people, so adding the role of HR Coordinator seemed natural. She recruits, hires and manages all HR related processes. Understanding that our people are our most valuable resource we work hard to REDEFINE our employees experience. In doing this we know that in turn our customers will receive exceptional customer service from a caring work force. Lynn is now Office Manager and uses her administrative skills and experience to keep the gears turning.
When it comes down to it, what she enjoys the most about her job here at Omni are the people she works with. She loves working hard and laughing with her Omni family as we take on different challenges and raise the bar for customer service.
In her spare time, Lynn enjoys spending time with her family, friends and church. She believes that Omni can affect it's community and is excited to be part of process.
