Marc's basement had a very large crack in the poured concrete wall. It was on a large angle so extra work had to be done. Omni sealed the crack using the Flexispan system. Flexispan uses a 4 part membrane system that extends right down to the footing. The flexible repair is designed to last the life of the home with a lifetime warranty.

A large trench is opened up. this trench goes from 6" either side of the crack.

Drainage Foam.

Just in case any water gets past the sealant, the drainage foam will carry it down tot eh gravel bed under the floor.

More flexible sealant

Flexible sealant is installed over the drainage foam.

Sealant troweled over

The flexible sealant is troweled over so no amount of water can get past it.

Cleanspace membrane.

As a precautionary, the Cleanspace wall membrane is attached and sealed against the wall and tucked into the gravel bed before the floor is re-concreted back to original height.
