Mouldy wall
Even this interior wall has mold on it.
Not a healthy basement
All these moldy walls will contribute to health risks for the family. Not only that, it will have a bad smell that the homeowners might not notice after a while but any visitors will.
Wall crak.
Although there is a wall crack that needs to be sealed, that is just the start of the problems and the whole basement needs to be waterproofed.
Sump hole
We start by opening the floor and digging a hole for the sump pit.
Trench opened up
A trench is opened up around the perimeter to installed the patented drainage system, Waterguard.
Caution tape
Because the job was not finished in one day and we don't want a family member falling on the opened floor, we put cautiontape before we left for the night.
Brightwall
The wall membrane is rigid and brightens the room with available light.
Watrguard.
Waterguard is installed in the trench.
Flowguard
The Flowguard will direct the water over to the Waterguard.
Supersump installeed
The Supersump is put in place and the drainage system is connected
Zoeller pump
The incredible Zoeller cast-iron pump is installed into the sump liner.
Repaired floor
A large portion of the floor needed to be repaired.
Brightwall and new floor
The concrete is completed and the Brightwall is connected to the Waterguard.
