Samara has a house with a crawlspace and like most, the floor has started to sag due to moisture. Omni Basement Systems add support by using the Smartjack and supplemental beam system. The Smartjacks are fully galvanized and adjustable jack that sit on very large plates that go on the crawlspace floor. They connect to a supplemental beam and under the main support beam.
Smartjack
The Smartjack has a very large plate on the floor of the dirt crawlsapce. A large bolt at the top allows it to be adjustable.

A beam is added to support the floor joists

THis joist needed some extra help so it is "sistered" by use of a 2x8 ad the jack is placed under.
