Footings dug
A hole is dug for the footings and rebar is added.
Concrete footings
Concrete is added to the hole to form a footing and then it is left for a few days to cure.
Base plates
After a few days, base plates are set on top of the footing and the posts are installed.
re-concrete floor
The floor is re-concreted back to the original height and the jacks are tightened up against the new beam.
Supplemental Beam
a galvanized supplemental beam is secured across several floor joists. Joist assist brackets on the joists distribute the weight across the flooring system.
