Open the concrete floor
To add a drain pocket, Omni opens the concrete floor
Add selant and drainage
The crack is sealed with a flexible sealant and drainage foam is added over top. Flexible sealant is installed over the foam
Sealant troweled
The flexible sealant that was added over the drainage foam is troweled over the entire area.
Wall membrane
a wall membrane is attached and sealed with mechanical fasteners and sealant. A drainage membrane is installed at the bottom.
Floor is restored
The floor is re-concreted back again up to the sealed wall crack to the original height.
