Floor opened

The first step is to opened the floor around the crack for a cry well.

4" drainage foam.

After the bead of flexible sealant is applied to the crack, a 4" drainage foam is installed over top.

Flexible sealant

A layer of Flexible sealant is applied over the drainage foam.

Troweled

The flexible sealant is then troweled smooth over the drainage foam.

Waterproof layer

A vinyl layer is applied over the entire area that is waterproof. Any moisture that can possible get past the first 3 layers is then directed down tot eh gravel bed.
