Footing escavation
A large footing is installed. First the a hole is dug down to add concrete.
Gravel and re-bar
Some gravel and re-bar is added before concrete.

Smartjack attached
A galvanized Smartjack is attached to the footing.

This is not the usual beam that Omni installs but this is what the engineer spe'd out
Adjustment
The Smartjack features a large adjustment
Smartjacks and re-concrete
The Smartjacks are in place and the floor is re-concreted back.
Support for stair cavity
The beam is located next to the stairwell where the floor is at it's weakest.
