We required a quote for our mortgage in order to secure financing for the project. Although we had an unconditional offer on the home and essentially owned it. I was told I had to pay to have a quote. I realize why this would be an issue if I was going to use the quote as part of the offer, however that was not the case. We had already agreed to purchase the house. The call representative did not seem to understand that. As such I had to estimate the amount to take on the mortgage. I estimated high and now am stuck with higher payments for the next 5 years.
We met Keith at the Winona Peach Festival on the day we officially took possession of the house. He was extremely helpful through the entire process.
Ryan and his crew did an excellent job. They worked clean and quickly. We are very happy with the quality of work and service provided.

Keith. We had two other quotes all very similar in price. As a matter of fact, Omni was not the cheapest but the most expensive. However working with Keith was the best and we believe we have the best system
