Appreciated the reminder calls about the installation date and notification about when bin was being picked up.

Mandy was good overall, but I felt put off by her sales manner a few times, which can be a little aggressive for someone like me. Only reason I didn't give "extremely likely" below.

Very respectful, both installers and demo crew. Felt comfortable with them in the house as a single young woman. Justin was fantastic in his manner communicating with me. Thanks Justin!

Very good--nothing left on driveway, on the floors inside.
