Jamie spent time explaining procedures and the best option for us. But the time he left we felt that Omni was truly interested in the job. Brochures and books were informative and explained a lot about the problems with water in the basement. Some contractors spend 10 to 15 mins stating a quote, and the job they will do, but Jamie spend several hours explaining the job!
