My husband and I are fairly new homeowners, and we are so fortunate to find Omni Basement Systems to help us with our basement waterproofing project. From the start, they were already ahead of all the companies we contacted with their information packet. Alessio helped us with estimates and working with what options we have and gave us a very reasonable price. He helped us throughout the process even after finalizing our quote. Then Jocelyn, their point-of-contact, helped us with our permit and scheduling, and was absolutely amazing! We had to move up our project multiple times due to different issues (from city permit issues due to covid scheduling, to plumbing problems, etc), but Jocelyn always ready to get everything as seamless as possible! We were so impressed how much work she put in so we can have our basement done before the new year! Lastly, for the work itself, Eric, our foreman (calling him Eric Foreman now lol), and his crew also did a great job. And we were soo thankful to see they even concreted the parts of our basement where the plumbers dug up, even when it wasn't part of the initial agreement. They deserve more than 5 stars!! And we will absolutely call them again for any of their services we need in the future!
