Steven and I would like to say a huge thank you to you and to the Omni Basement team for an outstanding job; Dustin and his crew were beyond impeccable and wonderful to work with.
It was fabulous to hear from Dustin that he feels he can remove the ducts for Phase 2 project completion.
Just to let you know we will not be looking at moving into Phase 2 until at least March 2027.
We will definitely be reaching out in the New Year to begin discussions about moving forward.
