Flooded Crawlspace
Before Omni could do any work here, we first had to go in and pump out all the water.
Drainage matting
Once the floor is dry after almost a month, A sump pump liner and drainage matting is installed.
Smart Sump
A Smartsump is installed. This system consists of a perforated liner to capture any water in the gravel bed, a floor drain to take any water from a plumbing leak and a Waterwatch alarm to let the home owner know that there is a problem. It also contains a powerful Zoeller sump pump
Drainage pipe
A perimeter drain system will drain water at the perimeter walls and direct it to the sump system.
Cleanspace liner installed
Cleanspace liner is installed over the drainage matting. it is sealed against the wall and the piers are covered and sealed.
Bright white space
The Crawlspace is no longer a scary place anymore. The Bright white liner is anti-microbial so it won't promote mould growth.
Buried discharge
The sump discharge line is buried to the ditch at the front of the property.
