
Dirt floor
Typical crawlspace along the Lake Erie region. The floor is sand and it is very damp. In the Spring, the water table rises and there is standing water.

Debris
THe debris in most crawlspaces has to be removed before any work can begin this is the most dangerous time for installation crews.

Drainage membrane
This membrane will assist in drainage and also protect the Cleanspace liner when crawled on.

Super sump
A Supersump liner is installed at the low point in the crawlspace.

Cleanspace Liner.
This is a 20mil, 7 layer thick liner. it has cord reinforcements to keep it strong and a product called Ultrafresh built in to resist mold growth.

Supersump complete
This completed Supersump has a floor drain and a high water alarm.

Smartjack
The Smartjack is a galvanized steel post system with adjustments to level floors.

Supplemental beam.
The Supplemental beam system will spread the load across many floor joists to support and strengthen the floor.

Buried discharge
This home has a drainage ditch in the front so we were able to bury the discharge line

Discharge exit
The termination of the discharge line is in the drainage ditch where the water can be drained away.
