Dirt floor crawlspace
This is a typical crawlspace that we go into. The dirt floor allows moisture to come up and rot the building materials.
Draiage matting
this matting will protect the vapor barrier and cushion the knees when crawled on.
Cleanspace vapor barrier
The Cleanspace is attached to the walls so that it never come off from crawling on and it is sealed for moisture.
Dehumidification
Dehumidification is an important step in encapsulation. A Sanidry Sedona (not shown) is installed and a vent kit with an 8" pipe makes sure that the dry air is spread throughout the crawlspace.
