This dirt floor is emitting moisture into the air cavity that will destroy the building materials.
Drainage matting and sump
Over the dirt floor, a drainage matting is added and the floor is sloped toward the installed sump system.
Cleanspace vapor barrier.
Over the drainage matting a vapor barrier called Cleanspace is installed. This barrier is a 20 mil, 7 layer strong liner that is mechanically attached to the perimeter walls and then it is sealed to prevent leaking of moisture.
Smartjack supporting main beam
Omni installed a Smartjack made of galvanized steel and is adjustable. This Smartjack will support the main beam.
Sanidry Sedona
This dehumidifier is rated at 100 pints a day. THe drain is fed directly into the sump system.
Sanidry drain to sump
The drain line is installed into the sump system. The home owner will only have to service the filter on this unit once a year.
Triplesafe sump system.
The triplesafe sump pump system features 3 pumps in in one liner.
Finished Cleanspace liner.
The Cleanspace is attached and sealed against the perimeter wall.

This system features 3 large filters and will remove 99.99% of harmful particles from the air. also will remove smells.
