This Home has 3 vents to the crawlspace. This way of thinking does not work. This will only bring in cool moist air.
Undersized and soft main beam
Due tot he moisture content in the crawlspace, the main beam has become soft.

Outside air will only bring in more moisture into the air envelope.
Large aluminum base
A large aluminum base is used for the Smartjacks system
Drainage matting
Before the vapor barrier goes down, a drainage matting is installed to protect it from sharp objects.
Vent cover
An insulated cover is installed and will act as a hatch for entry.
Smartjack
A Smartjack is installed under the main beam.
Cleanspace Vapor barrier
The Cleanspace is a 20 mil, 7 layer thick barrier to encapsulate the crawlspace. THis Cleanspace is sealed up against the walls, posts and supports.
Adjustable Smartjack
The adjustable Smartjacks adds support to the main beam.
Sanidry
A Sanidry Sedona is installed to bring down the moisture. This dehumidifier will extract up to 100 pints of water a day.
Venting
A vent kit is added to circulate the air throughout the crawlspace.
