Christina has a bowing wall in her Kitchener basement. Omni Basement Systems straightened her wall over time with the Powerbrace system from Supportworks.
The Powerbrace is a system containing of 4" galvanized beams and brackets top and bottom the connect the beam to the footing and the floor joist system of the home.
There is a large tension bolt that can be adjusted to straighten the wall over time.
Under the window, Carbon fiber is adhered to give that area extra strength.
Dale has a home in Vittoria with a dirt floor crawlspace. Omni Basement systems appled a 20 mil, 7 layer thick vapor barrier on the floor and walls of the crawlspace.
