Marie has a building in Burlington with a crawlspace. Omni Basement Systems sealed the earth with a heavy duty vapor barrier called Cleanspace. The area is now dry and the house smells better not that the dirt floor is all covered.
James T. called asking about a sump upgrade from his builder installed sump. he wanted a back-up system with sealed lid.
Omni installed a Super Sump with with a the Ultra Sump Battery Back-up system. The Super Sump features a sealed lid that has a one way floor drain and a Water Watch Alarm. James' sump is now sealed from anything falling into the pit but more importantly, sealed from gasses, bugs or smells coming out.
Omni Baement Systems also installed an Iceguard to protect the discharge from freezing.
Phillip in Burlington wanted a new enclosed sump system with a sealed lid and alarm. Omni basement Systems came out and suggested the Supersump. Supersump is a single pump system with and incredible Zoeller M53 cast-iron pump. The Zoeller is a very quiet pump and is very dependable. Phillip is pleased with the system installed. It looks good and performs much better than what he had before.
AL & Karma have a home with a dirt floor crawlspace in Burlington. Omni Basement systems repaired and encapsulated the crawlspace using the Cleanspace vapor barrier.
Cleanspace is a 20mil thick, 7 layer liner that has anti-microbial built right to prevent mold growth. AL & Karma could not be happier with the service that they received.
