Omni Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Lisa S. had sagging floors in her St.Catharines home and wanted to add a support beam to secure her sagging floors. 
Omni Basement Systems installed the SmartJacks by Supportworks. Smartjacks are engineered, fully galvanized and adjustable house jacks. Combined with a supplemental support beam, Omni was able to support her floor properly. 

Brian experince foundation settllement in his St catharines house. It was getting worse over the past couple years so he called Omi Basement Systems to see how it could be repaired. 

Omni along with a P. Eng engineer came up with a plan for Supportwoks Push Pier System.

Omni Basement Systems went to meet Bob to asses the rpoblems he was having. They determined that the crawlspace required a supplemental beam with 350 series smart jacks along with their Cleanspace Encapsulation system

Gert & Nina just moved into their St. Catharines home. They couldn't believe the eyesore that was their sump pump. Omni came out and installed the Supersump sump pump system. Not only it looks great with it's sealed lid, but it also has some incredible features. This system features a cast-iron, Zoeller sump that is strong and dependable and also an airtight lid with a high water watch alarm and an airtight floor drain. 

Atte has a typical crawlspace in ST. Catharines with a dirt floor, failing floor supports and outside vents that let damp air in. The dampness is the cause of most of the problems. Omni Basement Systems added floor support under the min beam and a vapor barrier called Cleanspace. Cleanspace is a 20 mil thick liner that has 7 layers for strength and flexibility. There is also a layer that is an anti-microbial that will resist mold.
