Adrian has a tiny crawlspace in his St. Catharines home that he wanted to have sealed. Omni Basement Systems installed their patented vapor barrier called Cleanspace to seal off the ground moisture. this product, along with the drainage matting, comes with a 25 year warranty against rips or tears. Thsi area can now be used for storage without the worry of items being damaged.
Matt had a sump pump system in his house but the location was awkward. He also wanted more protection with a sealed lid. Omni Basement Systems installed the SuperSump Plus along with the Ultrasump4 battery back up system. The lid they used is called the tough top lid which is completely flat so they don't lose any floor space.
Lisa S. had sagging floors in her St.Catharines home and wanted to add a support beam to secure her sagging floors.
Omni Basement Systems installed the SmartJacks by Supportworks. Smartjacks are engineered, fully galvanized and adjustable house jacks. Combined with a supplemental support beam, Omni was able to support her floor properly.
Paul's home in St. Catharines had sagging floors from failing supports. THe original supports were just blocks in the dirt. The Blocks are not adjustable and will eventually sink into the dirt.
Omni Basement Systems installed the SmartJack system The SmartJacks are fully galvanized house jacks that sits on a large engineered base. These jacks will holds 30,000lbs each.
