This was a timely, efficient experience.
I had no concerns with the few times I needed to call the office.
Phill was very knowlegeable and friendly. His assessment was thorough and his explanations detailed and credible.
The guys were respectful, efficient, hard-working, and friendly. Again, these fellows clearly knew their work and produced not only the result desired (an end to water in my basement) but left a clean, smooth finish.
Of course this kind of work creates some dust, but it was well-contained. They did leave behind some plastic sheeting, but no big deal. All in all there was no mess when they left even though this is a messy operation. The dust was contained to my basement, and was minimal.
What made you choose our company:
I contacted both OMNI and another company. In truth, the other place sent out a rep almost right away, while I had to wait some time to see Phill. In the meantime, though, you had sent that book explaining how you do the work. As opposed to digging from the outside and re-doing the drainage, you do it from the inside. The other place proposed a costing considerably higher than your suggestion, and it would have require extensive disuption to the outer layout (eg. dismantlying of my deck). Again I'll note that Phill was very knowledgeable and informative providing viable options as well as outling the 'cadillac' versions available. The time frames to both start the job as well as total completion times were acceptable. All in all, I was quite confident in having him meet my lady friend and provide a proposal to her for her basement problem (which you are doing later this month).
