Kept us well informed as to when the job would be started.

Very polite each time I spoke with them on the phone.
Sales Process
On time for appointment and took the time to explain everything we would need to have done.
Our Installation Crew
Once again arrived on time. Very clean and worked extremely hard carrying all the cement out.
The Cleanup Process
They left the room exceptionally clean.

Agnes Craig from Guelph had used your company a couple of years ago and gave you a very good recommendation. We have already given your name to our daughter who will be calling you this summer to have work done. Also have put your name out there in case anyone else has any basement problems in the future.
