Karla has a split level home with rear of house being a crawlspace that was not insulated.
Omni Basement Systems used Rigid Foam insulation called Silverglo witch is graphite infused to bump up the "R" value. After we are finished, the header cavities will be spray foamed.

Sarah & Ryan bought a house with a dirt floor crawlspace. They had no idea how this affects the air in the home. When the winter time came, they found that the windows in their home were fogging up. They realtor told them that the windows were new so they didn't know what to do. Omni Basement Systems came out to investigate. They found that the crawlspace was cold and very humid. The humidity also caused the floor joist and beam system to sag from all of the dampness. The customer said that as soon as work was complete they couldn't believe the change in their home. The windows were no longer fogging and the air was fresher. Once the insulation is complete, they will be able to turn their thermostat down and the furnace won't work as hard now that the air is warmer and dryer.
