A hole is dug for the footings

Engineered fill

Engineered fill is added to the hole as a footing. This fill will distribute the weight into the soil.

This 36" plate will also help distribute the weight.

Jack post installed

The jack post is installed and it is trued.

Magnetic level

a magnetic level is attached to make sure the Smartjack is true.

Adjustable top bracket

The top bracket is fully adjustable so that the floor can always stay stable.

because reducing moisture in the crawlspace, the Cleanspace liner is resealed against the Smartjacks.
