Pier bracket
Before you drive the piers we have to attach a Pier bracket to the footing. Note the hole in the top to accept the pier tubes.
Reay for tubes.
The Pier tubes will be pushed through the hole until it hits bedrock
Drive stand and drive cylinder.
This set-up is used to push the pier tubes down until it hits bedrock
Capped off tubes
Once the tubes reach the desired pressure, the tubes can be capped off to prevent them to from coming up and to support the foundation.
Lift cylinders
Smaller lift cylinders that are connected through hydraulic lines are installed and lift is attempted.
Corner lift
In this house, the corner settled. and the concetration of piers are in the corner.
gravel added
Gravel is added to the trench before concrete added.
Floor restored
Concrete is mixed and the floor is restored.
