Foundation Repair Photo Album: Repaired sagging floor in Niagara Falls, ON

Julie in Niagara Falls has a sagging floor so she called Omni Basement Systems to add some support. Omni recommended and installed the Smartjack and supplemental beam system. The Smartjacks are galvanized square tubing with an engineer footing. Firt the the floor is opened up and a footing is cast in place. After a period of time, Omni came back and installed the Smartjacks. The Supplemental Beam is squire hollow tubing that will support the floor joists just as an "I" beam would.
