Luke in Waterloo, on need some support for a floor in his home. Omni Basement Systems added the Smartjack XT and a supplemental beam.  The Smartjack XT are heavy duty and fully galvanized house jacks. They are rated at 30,000lbs each. They are mounted on an engineered footing which is a 25" cube of engineered fill. The jacks are connected to a fully galvanized beam that include joist assist brackets that will distribute the load across the joist.
