Shereen in Welland, needed some waterproofing and Omni also discovered that one wall was bowing badly. Omni Basement Systems installed Geo-lock Wall Anchors.  The process for this is to put a galvanized plate 14' outside from the foundation wall. Then a channel or plate on the effected wall. These two plates are connected by a threaded rod and the rod is bolted and tightened to the specified torque. Over time the wall can be straightened by continuing to torque the bolts on the threaded rod.
