Jonathan has a home with a crawlspace and the floors above are sagging. Omni Basement Systems added the Smartjacks and the Smartjack XTs under the main beam of the home to support the sagging crawlspace. The Smartjack XT was installed in the basement portion of the home and features a concrete footing and the Smartjacks are in the crawlspace and have an engineered metal base footing.
