
After finished wall is removed
The evidence is there. In this photo, you can clearly see the problems. The step cracking in the corner is a tell tale sign of bowing and the dark blocks at the bottom shows water problems. This will all be fixed by Omni.

Trenched opened up
A jack hammer is used to open a trench around the perimeter.

Wall is ground
A scarifier is used to grind down the wall where the epoxy is to be applied. This insures a strong bond to the wall that is clean from containments.

Carbon fiber straps applied
The Carbon fiber straps are applied to the wall with another 2 more layers of epoxy.

Sump pump liner is installed
For the waterproofing, a Triplesafe sump liner is installed.

Wall membrane attached
The wall membrane called Cleanspace is attached to direct any moisture down to the drainage system. Cleanspace wall system is manufactured right here in Nova Scotia, Canada.

Well duct
To make sure there is no water coming in from the window wells, well ducts are installed and will carry any water to the sump.

Finished sump system
THe Triplesafe sump pump system features 3 pumps in one liner. 2 AC pumps and one DC back up system pump.

Floor finished
After the wall membrane and the drainage system is installed, the floor can be re-concreted back again.

Discharge lines
The Triplesafe features 2 discharge lines to make sure the water can be pumped away from the home.

Iceguards
The Iceguards in the discharge line are to avoid a frozen discharge.

This drywell will accept water and has a drainage area when full

Patio stones replaced
The discharge is now under the patio stones
