gravel and aluminum base
A hole is dug to get to solid ground and gravel is placed. Then an aluminum base is installed with the jack system.
Beam
A gavanized engineered beam is installed under the joists
Joiner
When there is a joint in the beam, a joiner is used and a jack is placed under the joint.
Leveling
We make sure that the jacks are plumb. This gives the jacks the most strength.
Solid floor
With the jacks and beam in place, the floors are solid.
