Steel Beam
A steel beam is placed against the wall. The wood brace is just temporary. We will later pour a footing
Footings pourd
The wood is replaced by a concrete footing.
Top braces
The braces at the top are adjustable. Here there are two different types and it is dependent on the orientation of the foor joists.
Waterproof membrane
The membrane is used to waterproof. It is thinner than Delta MS membrane.
Delta MS drainage membrane
THE Delta MS is installed between the Power brace. This is part of the waterproofing system.
Spacing
These Power Braces are installed every four feet to properly support the wall.
