This is a tell tale sign that there is settlement in a home.

Pier brackets installed
The Pier brackets are installed under the footings. These will hold the home up

The brackets will be installed under the footings and will support and even lift the home back into place.
Footing excavated and shaved out
The footings are cut out to accept the pier brackets. It is very important to have the Pier brackets as close to the center of the wall as possible.
Drive stand and drive cylinder.
A drive stand is attached and a cylinder drives pier tubes down til they hit bedrock.
Piers capped off
Once bedrock is reached, the piers are capped off.
Lift cylinders
The lift cylinders are used to lift the house back into position.
Daisy chain hydraulics
Instead of being pressurized one at a time., they are pressurized at the same time to lift the home.
