Rich has a home in Cayuga with a wall that is failing. This is not unusual for this area. The Clay in this area is what is known as expansive. When the soil in this area gets wet, it expands. Omni Basement Systems installed a product called Everbrace panels. Everbrace is a combination of corrugated steel panels, galvanized "I" beams and spray foam to stabilize a failing wall without having to rebuild the wall. Rich is happy that he has a stabile wall and continue to refinish his basement.
